Safaricom Introduces Bonga Points Expiry date. This announcement will be effective as from 1st January 2023

The telecommunications awards its customers points for using their network. Each point is awarded after using upto Sh 10.

From tye statement leaked earlier today, this move aims to encourage customers to redeem bonga points regularly.

Example: Bonga points accrued for the past three years will expire on the new year’s eve. 1st January 2023.

These safaricom points can be redeemed for awards like, Talk-time, Data bundles, SMS, and they can also be used for shopping.
