Joshua Kutuny is the new chairman of the Kenya Copyright Board
Joshua Kutuny is the former member of Parliament who ever represented Cherangany Constituency.
Joshua Kutuny is now the chairman for Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO). He was appointed by President William Ruto to take up office effective for three years, starting 27th October 2023.
The appointment was also published on the Kenya gazette notice that was dated October 26th 2023.
“In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the Copyright Act. 2001. 1. William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appointed— Joshua Kutuny to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Copyright Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 27th October, 2023,” Gazette Notice dated October 26, 2023.
