Eldoret Express Accident Today, 2 Confirmed dead, 10 seriously injured

A bus belonging to the Eldoret Express company has been involved in an accident at the Muguga area in Kikuyu, Kiambu County.

The 62-seater bus is said to have lost control and rammed into a fuel tanker that had stalled on the road. The incident happened at around 5.30 a.m., where the Eldoret Express bus was heading to Nairobi from Eldoret.

In the accident, 2 people have been confirmed to have lost lives while 10 are suffering serious injuries. This has been confirmed by the Kikuyu police commander, Mr. Ronald Kirui.

The injured were taken to various health facilities as investigations into the major cause begin.
