Oscar Brighton an Economics 3rd year student at Zetech University arrested by the DCI Kenya. The suspect is said to be in possession of FAKE KCPE and KCSE examination papers that he has been selling.
From the DCI report Oscar Brighton had hard copies while others were stored in his mobile phone.
He also created several WhatsApp Groups where candidates were asked to deposit Ksh 1600 to 2600. The serial offender is in Custody awaiting charges under the National examination Malpractices act.
WhatsApp groups where candidates were asked to deposit between Sh1,600 for Humanities to Sh2,600 for Sciences.The suspect who is a serial offender is currently in custody, to be charged with contravening section 28 of National Examination malpractices Act 29, 2012.
