KCPE Results 2023 set to be released by 23rd Thursday

Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) results 2023 is set to be released by November 23rd Thursday.
1.4 Million Candidates who sat for the 2023 KCPE examination will know their performance this week. This is in accordance with the sources who is closely linked to the Kenya National Examinations Council who hinted that the results that will be released by Thursday will come as a surprise to many.
The release of the 2023 KCPE examination results will be in contrary to the norm where results were always released before December 25th Christmas day.
The change of events comes contradicting the initial 30th November 2023 as it was earlier announced by the Ministry of education. The early release of the results is aimed to allow for placement of candidate to secondary schools and also to give parents enough time for preparation and smooth transition of their children to their next level of learning.
The KCPE 2023 exams were administered countrywide from 30th October to 1st November 2023.
During these days candidates sat for Mathematics, English, Composition, Science, Kiswahili, Insha, Social Studies and Religious education.
On Saturday 18th November 2023, the marking process for Insha and Composition was completed. The closure ceremony was presided by KNEC CEO Dr. David Njegere who showered all praised to teachers branding them as 8.4.4 heroes. Dr. Njegere commended teachers for their tireless work in marking of the final 8.4.4 curriculum exams and also urged teachers countrywide to contribute fully to the success of the new curriculum dubbed C.B.C.
