In recent development, President William Ruto has made a huge U-Turn in politics by appointing Ex Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter as his advisor.

Charles Keter was the Energy Cabinet Secretary during the Jubilee regime. He is now tasked to advise the President on Great Lakes Region Affairs.
