Bolt Taxi Driver expelled after exposing genitals to a female client

Bolt has responded to the viral video of a driver who exposed his manhood to the female client. The The Bolt driver trending video was shared widely by largely followed social media personalities including Omwamba and the former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko.

After the video went viral, Kenyans have expressed their heartfelt disappointment towards the driver and the Bolt company at large.

However, Bolt has distanced itself from the action hence saying an appropriate action has been taken on the driver. The Bolt driver who exposed his private parts to a female passenger is now banned from providing any service from their platform.

Bolt went ahead apologizing to the affected female expressing its sincere concern and empathy over the unfortunate incident.
