Suspect in the Murder of Eric Maigo released with NO charge
The suspect in the Murder of slain Nairobi Hospital finance director Eric Maigo had been released with no charges by a Nairobi Court.
The Eric Maigo killer suspect was arrested by police last week. The police has however cited a lack of evidence.
It was reported that Cynthia Andalo met the Nairobi Hospital Finance director Eric Maigo at the club hours before his death.
Speaking to the court, Boge disclosed that the investigation conducted had not shown any traces of her involvement in the killing of Maigo, therefore asking for the closure of the file and case.
The release of the suspect in Maigo’s murder by the state comes after the police announcement to have identified a prime suspect who is from Kibira.
Eric Maigo will be laid to rest on 29th September 2023 at his rural home in Kisii.
