RAPHAEL TUJU selected as executive director of Azimio secretariat

Ex Jubilee Party secretary general Tuju lands a new responsibility. RAPHAEL TUJU has been appointed as the executive director of Azimio La Umoja secretariat, to coordinate member parties. This has been announced by Raila presidential campaign press.

This information was share in a statement to the ODM news room by tye Communications Director Mr Dennis Onyango.

The new position in Azimio comes a month after his official resignation. Raphael Tuju resigned as tye Jubilee Secretary General on the official Jubilee NDC conference in Nairobi.

He major reason landing to the decision was to allow him focus on personal issues and campaigns. He also claimed he could deliver 100 percent to his role since he was also assigned other responsibilities in the party.

Azimio la Umoja is the coalition that comprises of over 20 political parties. They came together and signed to support Hon Raila Odinga as the presidential flag bearer at Jacaranda grounds Nairobi.

Raila Amolo Odinga is the ODM Party leader. he has attempted presidency several times without making it to the state house. Odinga promised his supporters a big win in 2022 against his competitor H.E William Samoei Ruto.

ODM and UDA are the top competing parties. ODM is in for Azimio La Umoja while UDA IS FOR Kenya Kwanza.

Cry for peace

The two horses have urged their followers to exercise peace although Kenyans have proved difficult to understand. For example, today UDA Party MP aspirant Mvita Constituency Ali Mwatsau has been shot 22 bullets in an attempted assassination. Secondly is Raila Odinga in Soi where his Helicopter was stoned.

In addition The president Uhuru Kenyatta emphasized the same. He reminded Kenyans to be sure Kenya will still be their even after elections. “Do not stone your neighbor because of politics.”
