PCEA Kitengela Township Church to VACATE premises following Court Order

PCEA Kitengela Township Church is located in the heart of Kitengela town in Kajiado. The Presbyterian Church of East Africa on Friday suffered a blow following the court order to vacate the premises. This comes after losing a land case to EPZ – Export Processing Zone.

The lands court issued the vacation notice to PCEA church from its multimillion premise within 60 days.

Justice Maxwell Gucheru made his ruling in favour of EPZ a case that had taken up to 9 years.

PCEA Kitengela Church had taken the move to seek justice in court after EPZ placed claims on the 2.5 acres of land.

What is EPZ?

Export Processing Zone EPZ is a state corporation. It is pegged to the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry. The corporation was founded in 1990.

Mandate
Export Processing Zone EPZ is mandated to develop an enabling environment to export oriented investments and also offer promotion and facilitation of the same.
