Harrison Kombe, Magarini MP Victory Nullified

Magarini MP Harrison Kombe’s victory had hit the wall after the court of Appeal nullified his win holding to the nullification.

The court of Appeal threw away Kombe’s appeal challenging the lower court’s decision where his victory was nullified.

This decision was arrived at due to lack of of solid grounds that could give way to overturning a courts ruling.

Magarini MP Harrison Kombe was an ODM candidate in the 2022 general elections. He had won with 11,946 votes agains his UDA rivalry Stanley Kenga who who was too close with 11,925 votes.

Magarini Constituency is now expected to go back to the polls and elect a Member of Parliament.
