Ex-Mungiki leader Maina Njenga has been reported missing. According to the family, through Njenga’s lawyer, he was abducted by unknown people who are alleged to be DCI officers.
From the report by his brother Njoroge Kimunya, we have come to learn that Njenga was pulled out of his vehicle on Saturday night.
“He has been pulled out of his vehicle by unknown people. His driver has just informed us,” said Njoroge.
Maina Njenga was abducted while heading home at around 10 pm. He was from visiting his friend in Banana area in Kiambu.

The motive behind his abduction has remained unknown.
