Principal Secretaries picked by president William Ruto per County they come from. The breakdown comes few hours after the head of state promised to represent the face of the nation in his Government. The ICT technician Mr. Dennis Itumbi has come fourth to protect and support the Principal Secretaries list saying is represents the face of Kenya.
From the list submitted 2nd November, Dr. Ruto retained some PS that served in theJubilee Government. Among them are Belio Kipsang, Charles Hinga, Julius Korir, Chris Kiptoo and Harry Kimtai.
President Ruto considered different counties while picking his Principal Secretaries.
