KDF Helicopter crash at Chemolingot Stadium Baringo County

A Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) helicopter on Thursday, 20th July 2023, crashed in the evening at Chemolingot Stadium in Baringo County.

The Kenya Air Force helicopter crashed after hitting a tree during take-off at Chemolingot Stadium, Baringo County. All passengers were reported to disembark safely and are in stable condition.

“This evening, a kenya Air Force, Fennec Helicopter, while taking off from Chemolingot Stadium en route to Nairobi, hit a tree and crashed. All the passengers disembarked safely and are in stable condition.” Kenya police reports.
