Famous Shosh Mahewa (Cecilia Wangare) talented craftswoman is dead

Kenyas hit after hearing about the passing of Shosh Mahewa, the talented craftswoman.

Shosh Mahewa whose real name is Cecilia Wangare Kiminda gained recognition and entered the spotlight following her appearance on the popular TV show “Mwanamke Bomba” hosted by Mwanahamisi Hamadi on Citizen TV.

Shosh Mahewa’s remarkable craft-work and her contributions to the creative community will be dearly missed.

Shosh Mahewa, the talented sound system repairwoman from Nairobi’s Kariobangi area, passed away at the age of 85.

She left behind one child and grandchildren.
