CJ Maraga Urges Kenyans to reject some of the BBI Proposals

Maraga to Kenyans: Reject any proposals in the BBI that threaten independence of the Judiciary.

CJ Maraga says he retires a happy man though didn’t achieve vision; calls for rejection of any changes in BBI that threatens Judiciary independence

He also says they conducted a Survey ahead of the roll out of AJS that revealed over 90% of disputes are resolved away from the courts by indigenous, religious organisations, and other non-judicial systems. They only handle 10% that find way into the courts. Source – CJ David Maraga.
