Protective and Safety Association of Kenya - PROSAK and Protective Security Industry Association - PSIA has issued a joint statement citing the 9 licences revoked risk the loss of 20,000 Jobs to the Kenya private security officers. The nine companies whose licences were revoked are; Victory Protective Services Africa Limited. Victory Consultants Limited. Bedrock Security Services Limited. Bedrock Security Alarms Systems and Product Limited. Senaca East Africa Limited. Hipora Security Solutions Limited. Salama Fikira International (Kenya) Limited. Superb Marketing Solutions Limited. On Friday, the listed companies were hit by a shock after a gazette notice by PSRA CEO Fazul. The gazette notice dated 5th January 2024 stated that the blacklisted companies had breached 4 regulations as guided by the Private Security Regulations Act No. 13 of 2016. This led to the blacklisting of the companies.
