Kenya General Elections 2022
In Kenya, General Elections are held after every 5 Years. By this time all eligible voter are allowed to choose their leaders as directed by the constitution. This is the time Kenyans are allowed to exercise their democratic rights across the country.
To Vote in Kenya Elections, One must meet the following requirements;
According to IEBC one is only allowed to vote if he or she meets the following,
- Be a Kenyan Citizen.
- You Must be an Adult, Supported by a National Identity card or Or Kenyan Passport.
- Be able to think, understand and reason by oneself.
- Be free from Kenya election crime. One must not be in the record of committing electoral offence in the previous 5 Years as stated by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC).

Voting Date – August 9th
Electronic transmission of results – August 10th
Declaration of the winners – upto and or on August 15th
