Dj Evolve’s Testimony, “I did not see Babu Owino with a gun.”

DJ Evolve is a popular Kenyan Disc Jocky. His real name is Felix Orinda. Thursday, 22nd June 2023, Dj Evolve told a Milimani court that he did not see Embakasi East MP Babu Owino shoot him.

According to Dj Evolve who testified from his bed, he did not see his by the 4 years friend with a gun. This was a message that Felix passed to Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochali virtually.

Answering Magistrate Ochali’s question on whether he saw Babu Owino shoot him,

  "No, we were just having conversations with Mr Owino and the next thing i was in an ambulance going to hospital," Dj Evolve told the court.

Further more, Dj Evolve told the court that Mp Babu Owino has been his friend. He has been there for help in his upkeep, medical bills and other personal needs after the incident.

Dj Evolve told the court that Hon. Babu Owino has not coaxed him in any way.
