Posting on Social media the National Police Service has boasted after Dr. Resila Anyango earns a Doctorate degree. This happens to be unusual since she happens to be the first lady since before none had ever existed.
Dr. Resila is a Senior Superintendent of Police and Deputy Director of planning in the IG’s Office.
