Kenya’s Independent electoral commission(IEBC) lead by Wafula Chebukati, wants to procure its ballot papers locally in what it said will be 10 times cheaper than getting them from abroad.
The Chairman, Mr. wafula Chebukati says the commission is focused on cutting down the cost of Elections.
IEB is one of the firms that its issues for reformation by RAILA were included in the BBI REPORT. It is suggested that IEBC officials to be chosen by some of the parties undergoing Elections. This has been rejected by Dp Ruto “since when has a team chosen its Referee to officialize the game”
