99% of Kenyan Music is Garbage – Grandpa Refigah Heviweit states on radio Maisha
Speaking to radio Maisha top presenters Mwashumbe and Shugaboy, Refigah Heviweit boldly states that Kenya has only a smaller percentage of quality music. The rest of Music has no value to claim airplays compared to other countries like Tanzania.
He goes ahead explaining that the biggest reason why Kenyan content is low is on Composition. Music makers do not take time to write music. Compared to Diamond Platnumz The CEO Wasafi, he has musical writers who play their role well.
“If your song can be played in a wedding then you have the best music to claim an airplay, the rest are Garbage. Music is business.” Refigah Stated.
