108 Ethiopian nationals rescued from Human Trafficking in Kenya

108 Ethiopians suspected to be victims of Human Trafficking have been rescued. This is after the detectives from the transnational and organized crime unit laid their undercover investigations.

The DCI reports managed to trace the location at which the victims were confined. The victim were aged 13 to 35 years.

During the rescue operation 4 suspects linked to the illegal business were arrested. The four are also feared to have been taking part in the human trafficking business across the African continent.

The victims and suspects are held in different police police station awaiting for the legal processes to follow.
