Speaker Wetangula campaigns for David Wakoli ahead of Bungoma County By Elections

Bungoma County on the race to replace the Senatorial Seat. Few days to the planned Bungoma County By-Elections date, Speaker of the National Assembly Hon. Moses Wetangula with the help of the Prime Cabinet Secretary Hon. Moses Wetangula have come fully fledged to support their candidate Mwalimu David Wakoli Wafula of Ford Kenya.

“Joined by Prime CS @MusaliaMudavadi as we rally support for Mwalimu David Wakoli Wafula of Ford Kenya party, ahead of the Bungoma Senatorial By-Election on the 8th of December. “

Speaking to residents in Bumula Constituency, Wetangula urged voters to prioritise Ford Kenya since it is a party that bares their aspirations, pride and vision,

“we can not empower other political parties. “

Wetangula and Mudavadi have vowed to dump leaders misunderstanding in the region and unite the Mulembe Nation.

Emphasising in that he said they previously met with COTU SECRETARY GENERAL Mr Francis Atwoli where they had a memorandum of Understanding to set aside bitter disagreement that was brought about by the 2022 August General Elections.

“Myself, and COTU leader Atwoli come together after deciding to set aside our bitter disagreements from the general election of August 9th.”

In Kabuchai Moses Wetangula pointed out that apart from uniting Mulembe Nation, their Coalition led by President William Ruto is busy on uniting the nation urging the opposition to play their role perfectly.

“The Kenya Kwanza administration is now fully constituted. We want to rebuild our nation. We are requesting that the opposition act appropriately in its role.”

Bungoma Senator seat was left vacant after Hon. Moses Wetangula was elected to serve as the Speaker of the National Assembly.
