Mike Sonko in Mombasa urges residents to vote for leaders with vision

Former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko starts his campaign in Mombasa City.

He is vying for the Gubernatorial seat to replace the outgoing Governor Hon Ali Hassan John. Joho who has served for the country for two terms according to the Kenyan constitution has exhausted his two terms.

Mike Sonko was impeached by the Nairobi County Assembly over Fund misappropriation and Corruption.

Sonko under Wiper Democratic Party will be facing UDAs Hassan Omar and ODM aspirant, Mvita MP Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir.

“After a few visits within Mombasa CBD, I am at Likoni ferry Island where I started as a Matatu tout and later operated some matatus,”

Mike Mbuvi Sonko officially launched his political interest after a series of campaigns in the city. He did this at Likoni ferry Island where he started his hustle life as Matatu Tout.

Sonko call upon Mombasa City residents to support his Governor bid.

“As I launch my Mombasa Gubernatorial bid, I call upon Mombasa City residents to vote for leaders with vision and those that value humanity.”
