Eliud Owalo presides over the launch of Safaricom M-Pesa Go platform. This space is created specifically for young children aged 10 – 17 yaers old.
“I have this afternoon presided over the launch of Safaricom’s M-PESA-Go platform developed for young people, aged 10 to 17.”
This is to help in recognition of the importance of planned inclusion of Kenyan children into the digital space.
From Owalo’s the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication and the Digital Economy Kenya Statement, the world currently rolling on technology.
“The world is rolling on the wheels of the digital technology. The Digital Technology is at once the engine, the fuel, the wheels and the driver taking the global community into the future.If you are not yet on board, you’ll be left behind. Our children must be intentionally but protectively brought on board.” Reads part of his statement.
