Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project funds for Cycle 7A has finally been disbursed.

Through the Circular MSEA Kenya made it clear that the funds were released to all Youths who provided valid bank accounts in October 2021.

However, those who have not yet received the money are urged to remain patient. After a bounce back message is received, the respective applicants shall be contacted.

“Cycle 7A grants have been paid to all Youths who provided valid bank accounts on October 2021. If you have not received the grant, Kindly be patient we will contact you once we get the bounce back report from the banks.”

    Application for Kyeop grants is done online via the link mis.kyeop.go.ke.

    For KYEOP online application, log-on to mis.kyeop.go.ke.

All youths between the age of 18 to 29 years should apply.

KYEOP has called for application for cycle 8 from youths.

The youths should be from the 8 Youth residing counties.

KYEOP application 2022

To qualify for KYEOP grants 2022, one must be;

  1. A Kenyan Citizen.
  2. A young person between the age of 18 to 29 years old.
  3. Have a national identity card (ID).
  4. Have a maximum Qualification of Form 4 education and below.
  5. Are currently not employed.

KYEOP application forms are AVILABLE ONLINE at mis.kyeop.go.ke. From KYEOP, youth are specifically encouraged to apply online. KYEOP says manual application shall be considered in the later intake process.

“Women, vulnarable, marginalized youths and those who successfully completed training and internship are highly encouraged to apply. The application period is open from 17th May 2022 to 31st May, 2022.”
