KNEC makes changes on the KPSEA, KCPE and KCSE registration Deadline

Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has issued fresh information regarding the ongoing candidates registration.

The registration deadline that is set for 14th May 2022 seems to be near the corner. First headteachers have been urged to ensure accurate information is submitted.

The Kenya exams Council said no certificate is replaced because of Name errors. “Headteachers should ensure candidates’ details are correctly captured.”

KNEC Chief Executive Officer, Dr. David Njengere says no grace period will be allowed to the last minute victims. As statement in the circular 14th May 2022 remains the deadline for Grade 6, Class 8 and Form 4 candidates registration.

Dr. David Njengere stressed on the same point regarding the 2022 candidates registration. This was during a briefing to Sub County Directors of Education at KICD.

“Registration of candidates for 2022 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA), KCPE, KCSE and KCSE qualifying test is ongoing. Deadline is on 14th May 2022.”

    Parents with learners in grade 5 and 6 have also been advised to check their learners biodata. This can be done without visiting the school. Click on the CBA portal link https://cba.knec.ac.ke/Account/LogOn?redirect=%2f It has been opened and parents only require the learners Assessment number to access.

“If you are a parent or a guardian with a learner in Grade 5 and 6 find out his or her assessment number from the headteacher. Use the number to verify your child’s biodata through this link.”
