The Kenya Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a ruling in favour of LGBTQ Rights Group.
The Supreme Court upheld the Rights of the National Gay and Lesbiani Human Rights Commission to register.
A few years ago, the Kenya NGO coordinating board had put a block to the registration of NGLHRC, citing its promotion of same sex behaviours.
