How UDA Plans to carry out party nominations on 14th April, 2022

United Democratic Party (UDA) Today has issued a notice to the Kenya Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). This is after interested candidates expressed their wish to seek for votes under the UDA party.

Deputy President William Ruto is the presidential aspirant of UDA. He was proposed and approved by the UDA delegates during the NDC conference at Kasarani gymnasium.

According to the press release UDA has received uncountable applications across the country. Tye rising number of interested candidates has made the Party officials rate UDA as the most popular political party in the country.

UDA appreciates Candidates

UDA has appreciated all the candidates thanking them for planting their trust in the party. After the application process, the board has issued a statement to all applicants.

The UDA candidates are encouraged to popularise themselves in their respective regions in preparation for Party nominations. The nominations will be held on 14th April 2022 within the IEBC legal timeline.

“The board is now pleased to announce that it will conduct nominations across the country on the 14th April 2022.” This is announced by National Elections Board Chairman Anthony Mwaura.

He was flanked by Board Vice Chairperson Ummi Bashir, members Salome Beacco, Aurelia Rono, Raphael Chimera, Halake Dida and Chaacha Matiko.

From the information drawn attention, Candidates have been assured a free, fair, Verifiable and democratic party processes.

UDA nominations will be held in at the wards, Constituencies and County level.
