The National Police Service Celebrates another PHD after Chief Inspector Dr. Mburu Maina graduates with a PHD in Human Resource Management which he acquired and graduated from Kenyatta University on 17th December 2021.

Dr. Mburu Maina is a holder of other Certificates including:
- Bachelors in Education from Moi University.
- Masters in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya National Examination Council.
Mburu is also a Licensed Human Resource Practitioner by the Institute of Human Resource Management.
He is celebrated alongside the first woman in the police service to acquire a Doctorate degree Dr. Resila A Anyango.
