Baadhai Do receives a ban from Kenya Film and Classification Board

KFCB: Kenya Film and Classification Board is an organisation that checks the quality and content in films, classify them and later allow or disallow its use by broadcasters in the countries.

Baadhai Do is the most recent film to be slashed. As is is banned from being broadcasted the major reason leading to the decision by KFCB is that is goes against its rules and regulations.

According to the KFCB statement the film tries to praise Homosexuality misleading the viewers.

“The film tries to directly influence the viewer into believing that homosexuality is a normal way of life.“

Axplaining more the organisation stated that While adults may have a right to choose what they consume within the parameters of the law, children and other vulnerable segments of society are at the risk of being corrupted.
